How many accounts can i make?
All SWers need to create a SW registered account and also a community registered account. Please use the exact same details between the accounts (you can change your first and last names) so we can link your two accounts.

The SWer registered account is entirely invisible to everyone except you when you log in to the SWer log in.
why do i need a swer and a community account?
We have a SWer only back end system. Your SWer account allows you to create products and services in the back end system.
These products and services are automatically threaded through to be visible/ displayed on the front end community website where the community and prospective clients can see what you have listed when you hit save.

You need a community account to see your listings in the community website and to share your listings on your profile and groups you have joined to advertise.
You can also contact your clients, chat to prospective clients, and advertise with the front system.

can people see my address and phone number or email address?
Both your SWer account and community accounts are very private. Only you can see your own phone number, email address or home address. These details are not visible to anyone.

When you register your SWer account, everything is entirely private and there is no way for anyone to access or see these details.
​
When you register your community account, everything is entirely private and there is no way for anyone to access or see these details - EXCEPT your first and last name you register with.
For admin, billing and security and to ensure only one person is creating one account each, we need you to use the same email address, phone number and home address for both your SWer account and community account (they are not visible to others) to ensure you are you and no one is impersonating you.

You can update/ change the visible username on your community profile at any time. Here are the steps for this.

how do i receive payments from my bookings with clients?
Your clients will click the product or service they want to buy
from you and checkout. You receive an email saying they have checked out and the total of that sale.

Our accounting system in the back system keeps track of all transactions occurring at all times on the website.
We have a daily payout schedule, so when you sell something, we can see that data, and we transfer the funds to your PayPal account that you nominate in your seller payout details in the SWer portal.

PayPal will not block your payments or ban you etc, your payments are actually coming from our PayPal account to yours and we want you to get paid so it will be a smooth transfer.

how do i list products and services on the community website?
Click here for the video OR you can read and follow these steps:
1. Register as SWer (use the same details for both accounts or we can't approve you) and select the plan you're looking for to suit your needs.
2. Register as a community member (use the same details for both accounts or we can't approve you)
3. We will send you a monthly subscription invoice and once your payment is accepted;
4. We will approve both accounts manually at the same time by cross checking the details you gave us and
5. We will email you your SWer login username
6. Login using the username and password (that you created)
7. You will land on your sales dashboard
8. Look to the menu on the left and click "Products"
9. Create products and services; add photos, description, title etc
10. Log into the Community site with your community login details
11. Go to the "Eros for you page" to see your listing
12. Click on your listing and copy the pages URL and you will be able to share it on your profile and all of the groups you are part of!

how do i advertise and promote my products and services on the community website?
Select your subscription plan. We review and approve your details. Log in and create your products in the SWer portal. Make sure this email address and phone number is the same as your community email address.

Log into the community portal. Find the product you created in the SWer portal listed in the 'Eros for You' page. Click it. Copy paste the URL. Share on your profile and in the groups you have joined to advertise to all of the group members.

If you have a paid plan, we will post you on the main page either weekly or monthly (in accordance to your plan).
​
why do my swer email address, home address and phone number need to match my community email address, home address and phone number?
We need these records to match so that we can link your SWer account and community account permissions in the back end.
No one on the site can see the two accounts linked.
We need these details to match for invoicing and payments as well.

We will need to decline your registration application if they do not match.
why should i trust you with my personal information or payment and credit card information?
We have implemented many layers of cyber security controls to ensure the security and privacy of our community members and workers.
